An Act Relative to the Resolution of School Labor Disputes

                Make a difference by advocating for an option
                      to help settle school contract disputes

MTA is supporting legislation (HB 591) introducing finality in school bargaining by providing an option for either party to a school contract dispute the ability to petition for a binding arbitration resolution.

You are being urged to participate in this critically important effort to persuade legislative members of the Public Service Committee to support this legislation and issue a favorable report on HB 591 after the bill is reviewed at a hearing on September 20th.
